App Name: Pathwise
By downloading or using this app (“App”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), referenced in Section 13 below.
Pathwise is a daily habit-tracking app that lets you check in on the actions that build your future — earning, learning, health, and relationships — through quick taps, photo check-ins, or text logs. The App uses AI to convert your check-ins into a single Future Score across four life pillars (Wealth, Growth, Health, Network), track your streaks, and project your future trajectory. Some features, including the AI Future Coach and photo/text tagging, process your check-in data and content on our servers using third-party AI services.
Some features of the App, offered as "Pathwise Premium," are available through auto-renewable subscriptions, which may include a free trial period (e.g., a 7-day free trial). Before confirming a purchase, you will see the subscription price, duration, and renewal terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime through your App Store account settings.
You retain all rights to the check-ins, photos, text logs, and other content you submit to the App (“Your Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of generating your Future Score, insights, coaching responses, or other results. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to upload and process it. You must not upload any content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or that you are not authorized to use.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how your check-ins, photos, and AI coaching data are processed and retained.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all content, graphics, and code, are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted while using the App.
Pathwise is a habit-building and self-improvement tool, not a financial advisor, health provider, or licensed professional service. The Future Score, trajectory projections, achievements, and AI Future Coach responses are educational estimates based on your self-reported check-ins and general guidance, and may contain inaccuracies. The App does not provide financial, investment, medical, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified financial advisor, healthcare provider, or other licensed professional. You should not rely on the App for any financial, health, or other significant life decision. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes based on information from the App.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Scores, insights, projections, and AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, and the Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any result. You should not rely solely on the App for any financial, health, or other important decision. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, or from reliance on any result produced by the App, including any financial, health, or other decision made based on such results.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
