Welcome to Pathwise, an AI-powered habit app that turns your daily check-ins into a Future Score, a Path Level, streaks, weekly reviews, and an estimated trajectory toward your goal across four life areas — Wealth, Growth, Health, and Network. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our app ("Service"). By using Pathwise, you agree to this policy.
Pathwise uses Google's Gemini models, accessed through Google Cloud Vertex AI, to tag and interpret your check-ins and to generate your score, insights, weekly reviews, trajectory estimates, and AI Coach replies. The content of the check-ins, custom activities, onboarding answers, and questions you submit is sent to these AI services solely to generate your requested result. Your data is not used to train AI models.
Because this content is processed on our servers and by third-party AI services, please do not include information you would not want handled that way — such as passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or another person's private information.
Your check-ins, onboarding answers, scores, streaks, insights, and history are retained on our servers, tied to your device identifier, so you can view your progress and trends over time. Your AI Coach conversations are processed to generate a reply and are retained only as needed to operate and improve the Service. Data in transit is protected using encryption. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8.

Pathwise may access your device's Google Advertising ID (AAID) to support ad delivery and measurement for users without a subscription. You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID at any time in your Android device's Settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). Opting out will not stop ads from being shown, but ads may be less relevant to you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. If you do not consent, we request non-personalized ads instead. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy options.
Premium subscribers do not see ads.
Some optional features let you watch a rewarded ad in exchange for a temporary benefit, such as an extra AI Coach question, a temporary unlock of an analytics view, or a period without ads. Watching rewarded ads is always optional, and declining them never removes access to the free features of the app.
Pathwise is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (for example, in the United States) in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Pathwise is a habit-building tool. It is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
Every score, projection, year range, roadmap, and coaching message is an educational estimate generated by AI from the habits you log. It may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional — such as a licensed financial adviser or a healthcare provider — before making any financial, health, or other significant decision.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected here with a new "Last Updated" date.
